Our Process
Our process revolves around making everything as stress-free and painless as possible for you.
Most of this happens because we try to actively listen to your need and wants. It’s part of what has made us so successful so quickly.

From Idea To Reality In 12 Easy Steps
Step 1. Fill Out Our Form
Fill us in on your project details and the vision you have for your home, kitchen, or bathroom.
Step 2. Phone Consultation
We’ll contact you as quickly as we can to have a conversation about what you need and want for your home.
Step 3. On-Site Consultation
We have an on-site consultation for a $500 fee. This includes coming to inspect the space and to see what we have to work with. We’ll talk about your project in more detail and start visualizing what it’ll look like.
Step 4. Signing The Contract
We go over more technical aspects like budget, timeline, materials, and plan your project. We’ll go over the contract together to make sure you have all the information you need and are comfortable with everything.
Step 5. Design Phase
We design your new home space according to your vision and provide manual architectural drawings with listings for specific finishes to give you an idea of what your finished space looks like.
Step 6. Protect Your Home And The Site
We set up all our equipment and make sure your house is structurally safe before we start any work. We’ll also seal off and protect any other areas not under construction in order to keep the dust, dirt, and debris across the house to a minimum.
Step 7. Pre-Job Walkthrough
Before starting the work, we’ll do a walkthrough together to give you a clear idea of what the next steps are and what you should expect over the next couple of weeks as we transform your home.
Step 8. We Get To Work
We work our remodeling magic to update and upgrade your home! It’ll look just as you pictured.
Step 9. We clean Up
Once our work is done, we clean up the job site, leaving it spotless and ready for you to enjoy.
Step 10. Post-Job Walkthrough
We do a final walkthrough together to make sure everything meets or exceeds your expectations. After we leave, you have 3 days to perform your own detailed inspection to see if everything is to your liking.
Step 11. 5-Year Warranty
We offer a 5-year labor and systems warranty. You also get a manufacturer’s warranty on materials. In the event that something happens that is within our control and included in the warranty and contract, we come in and fix for you free of charge.
Step 12. 6 Month Follow-Ups
We’ll call you after 3 days and 3 months to make sure you’re still happy. Every 6 months, we’ll call to check to see if you need anything.
You’ll get an in-person visit after 4 weeks, 6 months, and at the 1-year mark.
There will be one final check-in before the 5-year warranty ends.
